As soon as possible. Rich's guest spots typically fill within 2-3 weeks of announcement. Once a slot is booked, it is locked. There is no waiting list for this engagement.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are discussed during the booking process. If you need to reschedule within the June Dallas window, Rich will do his best to accommodate, subject to availability.
No. Rich's process is intentionally collaborative and in-the-moment. The design is created on the day of your session, working directly with your body. This is how he produces one-of-one pieces that feel organic and alive rather than static transfers of a screen mockup. You will discuss your vision, preferences, and references during the consultation phase before the session day.
Medium to large-scale only. Full sleeves, half sleeves, backpieces, chest panels, thigh pieces, full forearms, and large leg pieces. Rich does not take small tattoo projects during guest spots. The minimum commitment is a 2-day session.
References are helpful but not required. Rich works best when he understands the mood, energy, and story you want the piece to carry. Pinterest boards, Instagram posts, art references, or even a written description of how you want the piece to feel are all valuable. The more context, the better the collaboration.
No. Rich's work is engineered to heal clean when aftercare instructions are followed properly. In 13 years of professional tattooing, his pieces consistently heal without needing touch-ups. You will receive detailed pre-session and post-session care instructions, and Rich monitors your healing via Instagram photo updates every 2 days.
The June 18-20 slot is designed for collectors who want an extended piece that benefits from three full days of work. This could be a large backpiece, a full sleeve with exceptional detail, or a complex multi-element composition. The extra day allows Rich to push the piece further than a standard 2-day session permits.
